I’m watching Silver Linings Playbook I haven’t wanted to see a rom com in a long while until this one. Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence both give wonderful and honest portrayals of the difficulty of life and relating to people.The supporting cast was also spectacular, especially the always excellent Robert De Niro and the pleasant surprise Chris Tucker. This movie doesn’t down play anything which is what made it authentic. The way coping with a mental illness was shown was beautiful and accurate. No character was emphasized or normalized which made everyone in the movie seem real and relatable. 32 others are also watching. Silver Linings Playbook on GetGlue.com

The crazy thing is I rarely drank coffee when I was very depressed and now that I’m drinking it again I feel like I’m out of depression. No I don’t think coffee is the reason for that, but I do think it helps with my frame of mind.

Depression hurts, talking helps (by CateExplainsItAll) Last night I was feeling very lonely. My boyfriend and I broke up three weeks ago and I still haven’t fully adjusted. Instead of doing something stupid and trying to text him I decided to talk it out on my photo booth. It really helped.
