Worst sleeping schedule ever
Okay, so I was extremely tired tonight because I didn’t sleep much last night or the night before for that matter. I fell asleep at 9 P.M. and woke up at 1:30 A.M. wide awake. It’s now almost 5 A.M. and I have to be at work by 8 A.M. I’m debating whether it’s even worth it to go back to sleep at this point for an hour and a half or if I should just stay up and clean my room, then go to work till 4 P.M. and then come home and take a cat nap before going out tomorrow night. I wonder what it’s even like to go to sleep at a normal hour and get eight full hours of sleep and wake up feeling refreshed in the morning. That must be nice.
